Had an amazing session at Virginia Head Start Association’s Annual Conference. I presented the workshop on “Reveal The Leader” using 21 Laws and Everyone Communicates Few Connect. There were around 45 Directors and Managers from all over Virginia’s Head Start programs.
I had created a workbook for all the participants. I wanted to give them an experience that they could take back to their organizations and utilize it right away to make the needed changes.
The Energy in the room was wonderful. Great Interaction and Q&A. Loved every minute of the teaching and connecting.
